You recently bought a large expensive item but when it was delivered to your home you found some problem with it.

Write a letter to the manager of the shop. In your letter

Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing this letter to complain about the recent purchase of the Apple iPad I bought last week. It is a space grey, 128GB, the latest model of Apple iPads. I spend $800 on it and yet it comes with certain malfunctions.

To start with, the front camera image is very blurry. Also, I was told that it would be easily compatible with the Java software, however when I try to work with the software, it starts to hang multiple times. In addition to this, I tried to back up on iCloud but the iPad failed to do so.  I have lots of work-related data that I want to back up but it does not allow me to perform that action. Hence, I want to request that please send me a new iPad with all the necessary accessories. Otherwise, you can provide me with a whole refund.
 
Please give this matter your immediate attention.
